Your withdrawal of consent rights, as well as the specific retention periods, are provided to you in the information where we initially collected your personal data.

Sharing information with parties outside of Mastercam
Mastercam does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties except as provided below based on Mastercam’s legitimate interests to provide you with the high quality, useful products, and services you have come to expect from Mastercam. We may transfer your data outside the EU and EEA only if we have assured an adequate level of protection in the receiving country such as through the Mastercam intra-group data transfer agreement, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with third parties or as otherwise required under national data protection law.
We may share data about Digital Visitors, Customers and Registrants to our website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our websites, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep your personal data confidential. We may share data about Digital Visitors, Facility Visitors, Customers and Digital or Physical Registrants within the Mastercam group and with Mastercam business partners like authorized resellers or distributors so they can market and sell relevant Mastercam products and services to you, and so that we may jointly host product demonstrations and other events for you.
We may have to release information about Digital Visitors, Facility Visitors, Customers, Suppliers, or Digital and Physical Registrants to the appropriate authorities or other relevant third parties in order to enforce our privacy policies or to protect Mastercam’s rights, property, or safety. We may also have to release your data to government authorities when a legal obligation compels us to.
Blogs, forums and the like
Mastercam may provide blogs or forums on our websites. Any personal information you choose to submit in such forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums. These non-Mastercam third parties may in their own discretion send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for these third parties’ handling of your personal data.
We post a list of customers’ references and testimonials about our products and services only upon consent of each customer.
Your rights

- know what data Mastercam holds about you;
- restrict, under certain circumstances, our processing of your data;

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the government authority charged with protecting your personal data rights. This could be:
- the Department of State which regulates CNC Software, LLC d/b/a/ Mastercam
- the Court of Justice of the European Union which regulates MastercamUK, a CNC Software, LLC owned reseller entity
- the government authority in the country of the Mastercam company that collected your data
- the authority in the country where you believe a violation of your personal data rights occurred.
The controller of your data
The Controller of your data is the Mastercam company that initially collected your data and decided the purposes and means for using your data. If you have questions about who the Controller of your data is or any other questions about your data, please contact a Mastercam privacy officer at the Privacy portal.
Data collection from other sources
There may be times when Mastercam collects data about you from another source than yourself. This could happen, for example, when our Business Partners or Suppliers provide us with information about you. We also collect personal data from public sources such as social media. We will provide more information about the third party sources in the specific cases where this happens.
